Welcome to FastChat. By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service ("ToS"). If you do not accept these terms, please do not use FastChat.

  1. Definitions

"We", "Our", "Us": Refers to FastChat, operator of the FastChat service.

"Service": Refers to the FastChat chatbot, website, and all related features.

"User": Refers to any person or entity using the Service.

"Account": Refers to the User’s personal space on the platform.

"Subscription": Refers to the paid access plan for FastChat.

  1. Purpose of the ToS

These ToS define the terms of use of FastChat, including the rights and obligations of Users and the limitations of liability for FastChat.

  1. Access to the Service and Account Creation

Access to FastChat is restricted to individuals aged 18 or older.

Creating an account requires providing accurate and complete information.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts containing false or misleading information.

  1. Service Availability & Maintenance

We aim to provide 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Maintenance updates may cause temporary downtime.

We are not liable for losses due to service interruptions or unforeseen technical issues.

  1. Payment Terms and Refund Policy

Subscription: Users can subscribe to a monthly plan paid via Stripe.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

Cancellation: Users can cancel their subscription at any time; no prorated refunds are provided.

  1. User Rights and Obligations

Users agree to:

Comply with applicable laws and third-party rights.

Not use the Service for fraudulent or illegal purposes.

Not share or sell their account.

Not attempt to access other Users’ data or unauthorized sections of the Service.

Maintain the security of their account by using strong passwords and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) when available.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account in case of a breach of these rules.

  1. Content Management and Intellectual Property

User Content: Users retain ownership of their content posted on the platform.

License: By posting content on FastChat, the User grants FastChat a non-exclusive, global, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute this content within the scope of the Service’s operations.

Platform Ownership: All elements of the Service (software, interface, design, etc.) remain the exclusive property of FastChat.

Third-Party Content: Users must ensure that they have the right to upload any content and that it does not infringe on third-party rights.

  1. Termination

Users can cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings.

Deleting an account results in the loss of access to data.

FastChat reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in case of non-compliance with the ToS.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts due to prolonged inactivity (e.g., more than 12 months without login).

  1. Security Measures

We implement security protocols including encryption, firewalls, and routine security audits.

Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure.

Any suspicious activity should be reported immediately to support@fastchat.ai.

  1. Limitation of Liability

FastChat cannot be held liable for:

Temporary interruptions of the Service.

Data loss resulting from the use of the Service.

Actions taken by Users on the platform.

Unauthorized access to user accounts due to negligence in maintaining security measures.

  1. Third-Party Integrations & APIs

The Service may integrate with third-party applications (e.g., payment processors, AI tools, analytics services).

FastChat is not responsible for failures or security issues caused by third-party integrations.

Users are responsible for complying with the terms of third-party services.

  1. Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law

Governing Law: These ToS are governed by Belgian law.

Amicable Resolution: In case of a dispute, the User agrees to contact FastChat before taking legal action.

Jurisdiction: Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium.

Binding Arbitration: If an amicable resolution fails, disputes may be resolved through arbitration before legal action.

  1. Changes to the ToS

FastChat reserves the right to modify these ToS at any time. Users will be informed via email or notifications on the platform. Continued use of the Service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new ToS.
